Vaccination Policy

Vet Documentation Required to Board and Bathe

All vaccinations MUST be FAXED, MAILED, or otherwise provided prior to drop off. Vaccinations CANNOT be hand-carried in on drop off date.

Vaccination Requirements (Dog)

• Bordetella - (Canine Cough) - Annually
• Distemper Combo - 1 to 3 years
• Rabies - 1 to 3 years

Vaccination Requirements (Cat)

• Rabies
• FVRCP

Flea Control Policy

ALL PETS must be FLEA FREE.
If Fleas are discovered, they will be eliminated by set protocols necessary to maintain a Flea Free Boarding and Bathing Environment at the Owner's Expense.

Housebroken and Capable

All pets must be housebroken and able to get up and down on their own to go to play yards otherwise a special needs fee may be applied.

Check Out

The Kennel's policy is for check out by 11:00 am or the customer will be charged for that day. Just like hotel check out times.
